Monday night with the Davis'

I took a couple of pictures tonight for family home evening. We had a lesson about journals and played Scene It for our activity.

Cousins Party

Kayla's 11th Birthday

Our oldest daughter Kayla turned 11 last year. This is a little video of her party.

2009 St. George Parade of Homes

We went to the St. George parade of homes this year with the Herdes. We saw so many awesome homes. I would love to live in St. George someday.

Sledding Under The Moon

In January we went sledding with the California cousins. We went late at night and had hot chocolate to warm us up.

Brett and Shae's wedding

Our niece Shae got married last year. She asked our children to be in the wedding. They were so excited to be in the ceremonies.

Sand Hollow Reservoir

Our friends the Farris' have a home in Hurricane. It is right next to Sand Hollow Reservoir. Last summer we went down and went boating together. What fun we had!

Christmas 2008

This is the first year that Lisa and I had Christmas with just our family. We had a great time. We had a wonderful dinner and then had our Christmas program. Each member of the family took a turn during the program. The kids couldn't wait to open up gifts. The next morning Santa came and the kids received more gifts. We had such a great time.

Las Vegas with the Montgomerys

Last summer the Montgomerys invited us to stay at their Las Vegas time share. We swam and layed out in the sun. We love hanging out with the Montgomerys.

Flaming Gorge 2008

Last year we went to Flaming Gorge boating and camping. We went with our good friends the Hawks'. It was so beautiful. We had the best time.

Christian's Birthday Party

Christian had a backwards birthday party. All his friends dressed up backwards. The writing on the cake was backwards. Everything was backwards.

New Years Eve

Here are some pictures from our 2008 New Years Eve party. Paul and Baily came as well as Shae and Brett. We played games and eat like kings!

Christian's Hapkido belt test

Christian had a Hapkido test to advance to the next belt. He is currently a blue belt and would advance to brown. He has been doing Hapkido for a couple years now. He just signed up for Haidong Gumdo (sword fighting.)

Morgan's talent show

This is Morgan and her friends at the school talent show. They did a hip hop dance and had a lot of fun.

Sunday Dinner with the Potts Family!

Last Sunday we went over to Tom and Kims house for dinner. We had hamburgers and fruit. And for dessert we had dark chocolate brownies with chocolate chips. We love it!

Draper Temple Tour

We took the kids to the Draper Temple last night. They are having an open house for just a few more days. We had a real nice time.

Date Night

Lisa and I try to go on a date every Friday night. This last Friday we went to Iggy's Sports Grill. Below is a little video of our experience.

Leased a new car

My lease on my truck came up this month so I dropped it off and got into an Audi. I leased an A4 and I love it.

Lunch at Novel

Sean and Tim convinced me to go to the Novel cafeteria for lunch. It was pretty good and inexpensive.
