CirclePix Ski Trip - Brighton 2008

A couple of weeks ago a bunch of friends from CirclePix got together and went skiing. The snow was to die for but we could have used more sun. This is the second year that we have all skied together and it is a blast. We went to Brighton. By the end of the day I could hardly stand up. My legs were so sore. We took some video and some stills and put together a clip below.

Kayla and Morgan’s voice recital

Last night Kayla and Morgan had a voice recital. They are doing so well and are so cute. I am very proud of them for taking lessons. Below is a clip of each of their performances.

Kaesung with Morgan & Christian

Morgan and Christian have been taking Hapkido for a little over a year now. They just had a test to move up to a green belt. Christian is very focused and Morgan loves the kick fighting. Below is a three minute clip of their test.

Sean training a photographer

Sometimes you know your job so well that you can practically do it standing on your head. Sean, our photographer trainer just needed to relax a bit during training. I'm can only imagine what Tyler does when he's making a huge sale.

Morgan's Baptism!

Today was Morgan's baptism. We got up at 7:30am and hurried to get ready. The first thing out of Kayla's mouth was "Saturday is the only day I have to sleep in, let me sleep!" Once we got over that, the day was just perfect. We arrived at the church on time and took some pictures by the font. Both Morgan and I were very excited. There were three other children getting baptized with Morgan. Two girls and a boy. The baptism went smooth, no re-dos or anything like that. After the actual baptism we went back to the chapel and Kayla gave a talk on the Holy Ghost. She did a really good job. She spoke loud and clear. She spoke about her silky being a comforter like the Holy Ghost. It was very cute. I then confirmed Morgan. I really felt the spirit during the conformation. Probably one of the strongest times of my entire life. Greg, Uncle Joe, our home teacher, Brian and the bishop all stood in the circle. We had treats after at the Montgomery's home because our house is a complete mess for all the construction. What a wonderful day! How blessed we are to have the gospel in our lives.
